Small Space, Big Living

The inside of Roe Street has and is going through major changes. Since framing has been completed windows were installed and the rough mechanicals are in the process of being installed.

The rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC has been installed throughout the home.

After the rough mechanicals passed inspection, insulation was then added to home and the walls are ready to be drywalled. Once the drywall is installed, you can start to see more of how the layout of the home is going to look.
