Our guys are diligently working on framing Roe Street. The weather was great for framing but then it began to rain. In order to keep Roe on schedule, our crew prepared as many walls as possible so once the rain stopped framing could resume.

The temperatures outside have been ghastly and challenging but the second-floor exterior walls and framing of the roof are now completed. With the roof framed, it will then get sheeted and shingled.

Ron, Dave, Tim and Henry are working away to install floor and deck joists for the second floor. The weather wasn’t always on our side this week but despite weather delays we are prevailing through.
